Income-replacement grants that pay founders to work on the company full time. Teams of at least three people qualify for a $200,000 base award, and bonuses can lift the total to $400,000 — $50,000 per qualifying entrepreneur for graduates of a New Jersey college or university or diverse founders, up to three such bonuses, plus $50,000 if a team member lives in a state Opportunity Zone. The current round runs a dedicated AI cohort.
