Born in Shanghai and raised primarily in Vancouver, Canada, Bill earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University. Before founding RiskAngle, he worked at Retool (W17) as a Deployed Engineer and APAC Technical Success Lead, where he partnered with some of the company’s largest customers, including Netflix, DoorDash, and Flexport.
