SchemeFlow uses AI to generate technical reports for engineering and environmental review for construction projects. Two brothers + high school friend, with great combo of skills: Mayor’s Chief of Staff, Arup construction engineer + AI software engineer. LLMs allow fast generation of reports & handling local regulatory complexity which wasn’t feasible before.
