Telemetron is an AI-powered support platform tailored for hardware products (medical devices, consumer electronics, industrial hardware, robotics, and more). Our platform unifies ticketing, device diagnostics, order tracking, and product documentation into one intelligent system. Our AI agents connect directly to devices, APIs, and backend systems to deliver faster resolutions, smarter routing, and better support experiences.
Active Founders
Co-founder & CEO at Telemetron. Previously built all the AI support software for Starlink at SpaceX including an AI troubleshooting system to root-cause every customer support inquiry using Starlink device data. Led the development of the Starlink app/web chatbots and an AI copilot for customer support agents. Also built fully secure/on-prem coding agents for SpaceX engineers.
