Our agent analyze documents, media, and processes against regulations, industry precedents, and internal policies - flagging what's compliant, what's not, and why. Rohan and Anton founded Veriad after building and selling internal compliance tools to Fortune 500 companies.
Active Founders
Rohan is the co-founder and CEO of Veriad. At 16, he organized concerts across Finland, generating over €30k in profit annually. He is a self-taught software engineer and indie hacker, he has built and sold SaaS products to Fortune 500 enterprises for six-figures in ACV. Before Veriad, Rohan was founding engineer and employee #7 at CoLoop (YC S21), where he built their eval suite and AI agent. He holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from King's College London.
Anton is the co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Veriad. He previously closed 7-figure deals with the largest bank in the US, the largest fashion group in the world, and a major energy supplier in Europe. Before Veriad he advised YC startups and 9-figure scale-ups on GTM. In a previous life he was a competitive long-distance runner.
