Claude Pro - Free Access at Select Universities

Claude is an enterprise-level generative AI assistant developed by Anthropic for writing, reasoning, visual analysis, multilingual translation, and code generation. Select universities have partnered with Anthropic to provide their students, faculty, and staff free access to Claude Pro, including advanced features, large context windows, and high usage limits—features normally available only on paid accounts.

Eligibility is institution-specific. At Northeastern University and Champlain College, all active students can access Claude at no cost by signing up with their university email address. After account creation, Anthropic's support team automatically upgrades eligible accounts to the Pro tier. Access includes the full range of Claude models and advanced capabilities. Users must follow their institution's AI usage policies and guidelines for responsible use, including awareness of Claude's limitations and potential for inaccurate or biased output. No payment is required, and use is optional.
