Linear is an issue-tracking and project management tool designed for software teams to manage bugs, tasks, roadmaps, and engineering workflows. Full-time students at qualifying colleges and universities receive 100% free access for one year through Linear's Education Program.
To qualify, you must be enrolled full-time at a college or higher-level institution (high schools and for-profit or online-only institutions are not eligible). Apply by emailing [email protected] from your .edu address with your Linear workspace name and associated email address. University staff and employees receive a 75% discount on paid plans during the same period.
After the one-year period ends, your account will revert to Linear's standard pricing unless you reapply or downgrade to the free plan.
